Joko is seeking a Product Manager for the Catalog task force to own the universal product catalog end to end — its coverage, structure, freshness, and the pipelines that feed it. You will report to Yosr and collaborate with a Product Designer, software engineers, and internal stakeholders.

You will decide which merchants and products enter the catalog, define data normalization with engineers, maintain data freshness, and automate catalog ops to scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in product management or end-to-end ownership.
• Strong data orientation; the product is data.
• Interest in backend architecture, ingestion pipelines and large-scale systems.
• Operational mindset with focus on automation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Entrepreneurial growth mindset; eager to learn.

Responsabilités

• Own the catalog end-to-end: coverage, structure, freshness, and feeding pipelines.
• Collaborate with a Product Designer, engineers, and stakeholders at the intersection of product and data.
• Decide which merchants and products go into the catalog and in what order.
• Define data normalization with engineers to make inputs uniform.
• Ensure freshness and reliability of pricing data; monitor ingestion pipelines.
• Automate catalog operations to scale beyond headcount.
• Design architecture for multi-market expansion.
• Arbitrate stakeholder requests and talk to merchants directly.
• Define catalog metrics and drive the roadmap accordingly.
