Joko is a Paris-based AI shopping company scaling globally. We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the Engine task force, owning the end-to-end experience of Juno from conversational UI to product logic, working with designers and engineers to deliver winning AI features.

You will define the vision, drive fast iterations, and shape rollout strategy while collaborating with the Catalog team and cross‑functional partners.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience as Product Manager.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features for a product with users.
• Strong UX/UI instincts and ability to design AI interactions.
• Data-driven decision making with clear metrics.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end user experience for the Engine task force.
• Define conversational product design and interaction patterns.
• Balance AI limits with deterministic flows and fallbacks.
• Run user tests, analyze conversations, and drive iterations.
• Own vision and roadmap for the assistant experience from framing to launch.
• Define quality metrics and use data to drive decisions.
• Position the AI shopping assistant to win in the market.
