Joko in France is seeking a Product Manager for the Engine task force to own the end-to-end experience of Juno, the AI shopping assistant. You will collaborate with a Product Designer, software engineers, and the Catalog task force, reporting to Yosr who leads the Juno tribe.

You will define conversational product design, account for AI limitations, run continuous user testing, and shape the roadmap and rollout strategy from problem framing to launch.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Shipped user-facing features powered by AI with a meaningful user base.
• Strong UX/UI instincts and ability to design AI-driven experiences.
• Data-informed decision making and metric tracking.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable in a fast-moving team.
• Based in France or Spain; fluent in English; French a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define the end-to-end experience for the Engine task force, including conversational design and product logic.
• Test, iterate, and invent interaction patterns for a zero-market-standard surface.
• Design for AI limitations, hallucinations, fallback flows and edge cases.
• Lead discovery, user testing, and rollout strategy for the assistant.
• Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery from problem framing to launch.
• Define quality metrics and use data to drive decisions; position against competitors.
