Joko is seeking an AI Software Engineer to own the development and continuous improvement of Joko AI—the shopping agent that guides users to optimal products by price, quality, and environmental impact. You will shape agent architecture and ensure production-scale reliability, collaborating with the CTO and a world-class engineering team.

You will design evaluation pipelines, expand capabilities across web search, vector search, catalog lookups, and personalization, while staying ahead of AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including shipping production systems.
• Experience with AI/ML systems and strong code quality & testing.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and collaboration with product teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the development and improvement of Joko AI shopping assistant.
• Design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure performance and regressions.
• Expand tools and capabilities for the AI agent (web search, catalog lookups, etc.).
• Handle data at scale across hundreds of millions of catalog entries.
• Collaborate with Product to align AI features with user needs.
