Joko is seeking its first Product Manager for the Catalog task force to own the universal product catalog end to end. You’ll shape coverage, structure, freshness, and pipelines, working with a Product Designer and engineers.

You will report to the Juno tribe lead and collaborate across product, data, and operations to deliver scalable catalog solutions. The role requires 3+ years in product management, data fluency, and a strong backend/architecture appetite.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or end-to-end ownership in related roles.
• Strong data-driven mindset with ability to work with large catalogs and data pipelines.
• Interest in backend systems, data architecture, and scalable infrastructure.
• Operational mindset with focus on reliability, automation, and efficiency.
• Proven ability to align multiple stakeholders and trade-off decisions.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end catalog product and its coverage, structure, and freshness.
• Define data architecture, normalization, and ingestion strategies with engineers.
• Ensure catalog reliability with monitoring and proactive issue resolution.
• Automate catalog workflows to scale coverage and reduce manual work.
• Design catalog for multi-market expansion and internationalization.
• Coordinate with business lines and merchants to meet catalog needs.
• Define metrics for catalog quality and drive roadmap accordingly.
