Joko, a Paris-born AI shopping app, is seeking a Product Manager for the Core UX task force. You will own end-to-end cross-platform experiences, from onboarding to search and rewards, collaborating with design and engineering to ship reliable, delightful features.

You will leverage data to improve performance, drive personalization, and steer foundational work like design systems and tooling. A strong emphasis on AI-driven product decisions and global expansion is central to the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager on consumer-facing products.
• Experience with mobile apps and cross-platform product decisions.
• Strong UX judgment and ability to push for good experiences.
• Data fluency: define metrics and instrument analyses.
• Hands-on with AI tools and AI in product work.
• Stakeholder leadership and trade-off communication.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own core UX surfaces end-to-end across platforms: navigation, onboarding, login, search, redeem.
• Decide what to ship where, balancing platform constraints and consistency.
• Define performance and reliability as product features and monitor them.
• Lead foundational work: design systems, tooling, and codebase improvements.
• Drive discovery of delight and personalization to increase user engagement.
• Align with multiple teams and stakeholders, saying no when needed.
