Joko, a Paris-based AI shopping platform, seeks a Product Manager for the Engine task force. You will own the end-to-end experience of the Juno AI assistant, from conversational UI to recommendation logic, collaborating with design, engineering, and data teams to deliver impactful user outcomes.

You will shape the roadmap for AI-driven interactions, test conversations, and define metrics to measure success while navigating fast growth toward the US expansion.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Shipped AI-powered features with a meaningful user base.
• Strong UX/UI judgment and ownership of end-to-end user experiences.
• Data-driven with metrics and experimentation.
• Hands-on curiosity about AI and tools.
• ML knowledge is a strong bonus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
• Located in France or Spain; fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end user experience of the Engine task force, from conversational interface to recommendations.
• Design AI-assisted conversation flows and handle edge cases to ensure trust.
• Run continuous user testing, analyze real conversations, and drive iterations.
• Define the vision and roadmap for the assistant experience and deliver from problem framing to launch.
• Define success metrics and use data to drive decisions.
• Position the product in the market to differentiate the AI shopping assistant.
