Job summary

Joko, a Paris-based AI shopping platform, is seeking an Account Management Lead (Card-Linked) to guide a team of Account Managers and expand partnerships with major retailers. You will shape strategy, manage negotiations, and align cross-functional teams to achieve growth.

You will report to the VP Card-Linked, collaborate with Marketing, Ops, Finance, Product, and Data, and contribute to scaling our merchant network and offers globally from Paris.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in business roles (client-facing) in startup/tech, finance, or consulting.
• Preferably in Sales or Account Management.
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
• Independence with autonomous project management from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Managers (starting at 3, aiming for 6 full-time hires).
• Drive growth by negotiating with top partners and maintaining key relationships.
• Define revenue targets and OKRs; partner with internal teams to execute.
• Oversee revenue operations, forecasts, and CRM processes to grow fundamentals.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve value proposition and pricing.
