Job summary

Nova Biomedical seeks a Sales/Commercial Assistant in Paris to support the sales team with tender tracking, quotes, and customer communications. You will ensure accurate data, coordinate with internal teams, and help manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key tasks include updating the CRM, coordinating with sales engineers, and supporting marketing actions while maintaining a high level of service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Two years of higher education in commercial assistance or business management.
• 2–3 years in a commercial assistant, order administration or B2B sales support role.
• Experience with tenders in a medical/scientific/technical environment is a plus.
• Strong writing, IT skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Search for and track tenders; gather information and contribute to high-quality responses.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes and commercial proposals with the sales team.
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets and file traceability.
• Update the customer database and ensure reliability of information.
• Respond to customer requests by phone and email regarding orders and info.
• Assist sales engineers with files, proposals, follow-ups, and appointments.
• Participate in marketing actions, mailings, trade shows and promotions.
• Produce reports and alerts to monitor activity.
