Brevo in Paris is seeking an experienced Billing and Cash-Collection Specialist to own and optimize our client billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes.

You will partner with Sales, Success, and Finance to onboard clients, issue invoices, monitor outstanding payments, and drive continuous improvements with automation and dashboards.

This remote-friendly role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and reliable financial operations across Brevo’s global customer base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in billing and invoicing.
• Experience with billing systems and tools.
• Strong financial and accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Provide clients with visibility on Brevo’s billing model and terms.
• Issue invoices and manage subscriptions for Enterprise customers.
• Support monthly closing and monitor revenue vs delivered services.
• Monitor overdue payments and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Improve billing processes and develop dashboards/KPIs.
• Onboard new clients to billing processes and assist with PO management.
• Lead cash-collection activities to reduce overdue receivables.
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes.
