Veesion in Paris is hiring an Order-to-Cash Manager to own and scale the end-to-end billing, collections and receivables across global partners and Mid-Market accounts. You will manage invoicing, payment plans, disputes and escalation, while driving process improvements with automation and cross-functional partners.

The role requires 3–5 years in collections or finance operations in a fast-paced B2B context, fluency in French and English, and a track record handling multi-market receivables.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in collections, credit management or finance operations in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• Proven track record managing international receivables across multiple markets and currencies.
• Strong command of end-to-end billing cycle and reconciling billing with accounting systems.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end billing for global partners and Mid-Market accounts (invoicing, error correction, credit notes, payment plans).
• personally manage collections: call payers, agree and follow payment plans, resolve disputes, issue notices, escalate when needed.
• Own automated dunning sequences and monthly non-payment churn cycles.
• Improve and maintain Order-to-Cash processes, aging views, reports and alerts.
• Manage ageing balance reconciliation between billing and accounting systems; handle doubtful debt and write-offs.
