Job summary

Hermès is seeking a bilingual customer advisor fluent in French and English for its European e-commerce entity and customer relations center in Paris. You will be the single point of contact for online customers across Europe, delivering a high-quality, omnichannel shopping experience aligned with the Hermès brand.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English; additional language a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills in both languages.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hotel or e-commerce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact by phone, e-mail, and WhatsApp with e-commerce customers, advise them and develop sales.
• Receive, analyze, green-light, and follow up on European e-commerce orders until delivery.
