Job summary

Hermès is seeking a bilingual customer advisor fluent in Italian and English for its European e-commerce entity and customer relation center. You will manage end-to-end interactions with European customers, provide product information, and ensure a premium omnichannel experience.

Based in Paris, you will join a multicultural team and act as a single point of contact for customers contacting European stores, while promoting Hermès stories and ensuring high service standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or e-commerce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for European e-commerce customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Provide product information, availability, reservations, and procedures; guide customers and ensure seamless omnichannel experience.
• Follow up on orders, analyze inquiries, and contribute to a positive brand experience.
