Job summary

MakiPeople is seeking a motivated Customer Care intern in Paris to support recruiters and candidates, helping them navigate their journey with us. You will collaborate with Solène, Roisin, and outsourced agents to deliver exceptional service and contribute to AI-driven customer support initiatives.

Key duties include handling escalated tickets, analyzing data with strong Excel skills, and writing clear Help Centre articles. Hybrid work, internship salary, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in AI and HR tech.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Proactive and innovative in solving problems.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent writing ability across channels.
• Proficient with Google Sheets and/or Excel.
• Native French or English speaker with C1 in the other language.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex customer and candidate tickets escalated from outsourcing.
• Analyze interaction data to identify trends and service improvements.
• Create and refine Help Centre articles reflecting our brand tone.
• Collaborate daily with internal teams and external partners.
