Maki is seeking a Customer Care professional to join our team and support recruiters and candidates through empathetic, data-informed service. You will help optimize interactions, craft helpful Help Centre content, and collaborate with internal teams and an outsourcing partner to ensure a seamless journey for users.

You should bring a passion for AI and HR tech, strong writing and communication skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Strong interest in AI and HR tech.
Analytical mindset for interpreting data and making decisions.
Proactive and innovative to tackle challenges with creative solutions.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Excel.
Fluent in French or English, with C1 proficiency in the other language.

Responsabilités

Problem-solving with empathy and handling escalated tickets.
Analyse customer interaction data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement; support with Excel.
Create and refine Help Centre articles reflecting our brand tone—clear, friendly and helpful.
Engage with daily cross-team communication and with outsourced partners.
Contribute to building and deploying AI-driven customer support agents.
