Job summary

GetVocal AI Ltd. in Paris seeks a structured, hands-on AI Agent Engineer Intern to support internal workflows, coordinate across teams, and deliver customer projects.

You will bridge operations, product, and delivery, owning platform documentation and assisting with customer-facing processes. The role offers a 6-month paid internship, hybrid work with at least 4 days per week in the Paris office, and high ownership in a fast-paced, international team working on AI, voice, and enterprise

Qualifications

• Final-year Master’s student (engineering or equivalent)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience working with multiple tools and teams
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, and workflow automation
• Fluent in English and another language
• Experience in SaaS operations or process documentation

Responsibilities

• Track, prioritize, and coordinate tasks across teams to deliver projects on time
• Coordinate across product, engineering, and customer teams for alignment
• Act as client-facing point of contact for status updates and follow-ups
• Create, maintain, and improve process and platform documentation
• Support automation of workflows using Make, n8n, or ActivePieces
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and tooling

The Role

We are looking for a structured, hands‑on AI Agent Engineer Intern to join our team in Paris. This role supports key internal workflows, coordination across teams, and the day‑to‑day delivery of customer projects.

You will work at the intersection of operations, product, and customer delivery, playing a client‑facing role while also owning and maintaining operational and platform documentation. This position offers strong exposure to both internal tools and customer‑facing processes.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure operational projects are delivered on time by tracking, prioritizing, and coordinating tasks across teams
• Coordinate across product, engineering, and customer teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
• Act as a client‑facing point of contact for operational follow‑ups, status updates, and coordination
• Create, maintain, and improve process and platform documentation (internal and customer‑facing)
• Support the automation of workflows using tools such as Make, Activepieces, or n8n
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and tooling

What we’re looking for:

• Final-year Master’s student (engineering or equivalent) looking for a hands‑on operational role
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow‑up skills
• Comfortable working across multiple tools and collaborating with different teams
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, and workflow automation (n8n, ActivePieces, Make)
• Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, etc.)
• Previous exposure to SaaS operations, customer success, or process documentation
