Collaborate with Growth and RevOps to refine CRM workflows, ensure smooth handovers to AEs, and support career progression toward Senior SDR and AE roles.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales roles with proven results.
• Has led a Sales/SDR team (1–3 years) in a B2B environment.
• Strong mastery of outbound prospecting techniques and able to teach them.
• Comfortable with data: reads CRM dashboards to inform decisions.
• Natural leader who inspires others to exceed expectations.
• Curious, quick to iterate, and motivated by challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the SDR team.
• Recruit, onboard, and train SDRs.
• Set targets and monitor performance at team and individual levels.
• Coach the team through regular sessions: call reviews and roleplays.
• Support career progression: Senior SDRs and AEs.
• Track KPIs: call volume, call-to-meeting conversion rate, opportunities created.
• Analyze CRM data to identify friction points and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with Growth and RevOps to refine CRM workflows.
• Define priority targets with the CRO and AE Managers.
• Ensure smooth lead handovers between SDRs and AEs.
