Job summary

Alan is hiring across France, Spain, Belgium and Canada. The Business Development Representative - Graduate Program offers an 18-24 month path to learn essential Sales skills and prepare for senior roles. You’ll start as a BDR, developing prospecting strategies, understanding markets, and booking discovery meetings with C-levels.

After a year you may move to new segments or the BDR Enterprise track. Strong interpersonal skills, a master's degree in business, and willingness to relocate to Paris

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a business school.
• Up to two years of professional experience.
• Based in Paris or willing to relocate to Paris or Bordeaux.
• Enthusiastic, mission-driven, and eager to grow.

Responsibilities

• Gain essential Sales skills over an 18-24 month period.
• Learn the fundamentals of Sales: develop prospecting strategies, understand markets, spark interest via email/social channels/calls, book discovery meetings with C-levels.
• In year 2, progress within BDR to Enterprise or Account Executive paths.
