Textron Aviation is seeking a Customer Service Manager to serve as the primary contact for customers, coordinating with the Service Center Team and the Technical Service Manager to ensure overall satisfaction.

The role focuses on coordinating with customers, translating service needs into actions, and guiding the service process from arrival to post-delivery follow-up, including upsell opportunities and pro forma invoicing discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5 years of aircraft maintenance or customer service experience.
• A&P License / Repairman / EASA Certificate preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and communicate all aircraft issues with the customer.
• Meet the customer on arrival, review work scope, and add squirks as required during arrival debrief.
• Review warranty programs and discuss service bulletins, quotes, and rates.
• Adjust schedule as needed and discuss payment terms.
