Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or significant experience in aircraft maintenance, combined with excellent communication and organizational skills. Opportunities for upselling and customer relationship management are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years aircraft maintenance experience or relevant customer service experience required.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Must maintain an airport security badge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate aircraft issues and maintain customer relationships.
• Review warranty programs and service bulletins with customers.
• Actively seeks upselling opportunities.
