Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Paris is seeking an Assistant to the General Manager to manage the GM’s schedule and a wide range of administrative duties in the Executive Office. Additional tasks related to Sales & Marketing may be assigned.

Based in Paris, you will support senior leadership with confidentiality, organization, and cross-department collaboration in a luxury hospitality setting, requiring fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position within a luxury hotel or international establishment.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage the General Manager’s calendar, appointments, meetings, travel and related admin procedures.
• Handle VIP reservations following MOHG procedures.
• Monitor confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Coordinate weekly and monthly reports with relevant department heads.
• Respond to guest surveys and draft responses to inquiries.
