Repserve in Paris is seeking a Sales Representative to build deep connections with architects, designers and design studios, presenting premium flooring and interior solutions that elevate projects. You’ll develop partnerships, identify opportunities and represent the brand at industry events.

In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams, provide market feedback, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction while growing Repserve's presence in the design community.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development in architecture, design, or building materials.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel and operate across Paris.

Responsabilités

• Develop and expand relationships with architects, designers, and design studios across Paris.
• Present premium flooring and interior solutions tailored to project needs.
• Identify new business opportunities within the A&D sector and convert them into long‑term partnerships.
• Deliver outstanding customer engagement by understanding design requirements and offering customized solutions.
• Represent the brand at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to strengthen visibility in the design community.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and client projects.
• Provide market insights to refine product offerings and marketing approaches.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with company goals while maintaining client trust.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions.
• Act as a design ambassador, inspiring clients with sustainable, innovative solutions.
• Support project specifications by guiding architects and designers on technical details and product applications.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
