Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Arabic Speaking Game Support Representative to join its international Gaming & Esports recruitment practice in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will act as the voice of our client’s premier gaming titles, delivering world-class support to players in the Middle East and North Africa region.

You will handle live chat, email, and social inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with global teams.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) required
• Proficiency in English to collaborate with international team
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality support to gamers via live chat, email, and social channels
• Troubleshoot account management, in-game purchases, and connectivity issues
• Maintain deep knowledge of game mechanics and updates to assist players
• Engage with the Arabic-speaking gaming community to foster loyalty
• Report bugs and suggest quality-of-life improvements to development teams
• Ensure interactions reflect premium service standards in Gaming & Esports
• Stay updated on new releases and patches to address inquiries
