Responsabilités

• Provide world-class support to players across Supercell's game portfolio.
• Serve as primary contact for Arabic-speaking players to maintain premium brand reputation.
• Troubleshoot technical, payment, and account issues to ensure smooth gameplay.
• Collaborate with Gaming & Esports teams to escalate recurring issues or bugs.
• Contribute to improvements of support protocols to meet high industry standards.
• Maintain detailed records of player interactions for trend analysis.
• Engage with community feedback to foster long-term loyalty in the region.
