Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Arabic Speaking Player Support Specialist for Supercell Games Account, based in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will support players across Supercell’s titles, serve as the Arabic-speaking community’s main contact, and work within a fast-paced gaming environment.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required, with a valid EU work authorisation. The role offers a fully paid relocation package and a path within one of the world’s leading Gaming & Esports teams.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English to operate in an international team.
• EU passport or legal right to work in the EU.
• Genuine passion for Gaming & Esports industry.

Responsabilités

• Provide world-class support to players across Supercell’s game portfolio.
• Act as primary contact for the Arabic-speaking community, upholding premium brand reputation.
• Troubleshoot technical, payment, and account-related inquiries to ensure seamless gameplay.
• Collaborate with internal Gaming & Esports teams to escalate recurring issues or bugs.
