You will be the voice of premier gaming titles, ensuring a world-class experience for players across the Middle East and North Africa, while collaborating with international teams.
The role requires native or fluent Arabic, strong English, and a passion for gaming. A relocation package is provided, along with training and growth opportunities within Mercier Consultancy
Qualifications
- Native or fluent Arabic (written and spoken) required.
- Proficiency in English to collaborate with an international team.
- Experience in customer support or community management is advantageous.
Responsabilités
- Provide high-quality support to gamers via live chat, email, and social media.
- Troubleshoot account, in-game purchases, and connectivity issues for major titles.
- Maintain knowledge of game mechanics, updates, and community trends to assist players.
- Engage with the Arabic-speaking gaming community to foster loyalty and brand sentiment.
- Collaborate with international game teams to report bugs and suggest improvements.
- Ensure interactions reflect premium service standards in Gaming & Esports.
- Stay updated on new releases and patches to address common inquiries.
