Mercier Consultancy Group is recruiting a French Speaking Player Support Specialist for Gaming Account to join a leading global Gaming & Esports organization in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will handle player inquiries via email, chat, and social channels, troubleshoot account issues, and maintain knowledge of latest titles to deliver an exceptional user experience.

The role requires native or fluent French, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French is mandatory for this role.
• Experience in customer support or community management is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality support to players via email, chat, and social channels within Gaming & Esports.
• Troubleshoot account access, in-game issues, and transaction inquiries with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of current gaming titles and community trends to improve user experience.
• Collaborate with trust/safety to monitor game chat and support a healthy community.
• Assist players with game updates, patch notes, and event-related troubleshooting.
• Document recurring bugs and relay feedback to developers to improve game experience.
• Engage with the gaming community to foster loyalty and positive brand sentiment.
