Job summary

Swan, Europe’s embedded banking specialist, seeks an Application Owner to own complex internal applications end to end. You will ensure alignment with Swan’s operational goals, guide vendor relationships, and improve processes for scalable, reliable workflows across the product ecosystem.

You will collaborate with operations, tech and external providers to implement changes, measure impact, and drive adoption while balancing cost and risk.

Qualifications

• Experience owning or administering business-critical applications.
• Ability to translate user needs into clear requirements and configurations.
• Strong data & metrics mindset to guide improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own applications end to end including configuration, access, integrations and costs.
• Improve tooling and workflows; lead implementation or migrations.
• Lead cross-functional projects with stakeholders from planning to execution.
• Drive operational improvements balancing quality, speed, cost and risk.
• Use data to define KPIs, analyse performance and prioritize work.
• Manage stakeholders and drive adoption across teams.
