Job summary

Swan is seeking an Application Owner to own one or more internal applications, serving internal users and ensuring they evolve with business needs. You will act as the expert on your apps, aligning operations with Swan's strategic goals.

Your role combines strong execution, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making to make internal processes more efficient, scalable, and reliable. This is a hybrid role with on-site Paris presence.

Qualifications

• Own or administer operational tools, workflow platforms, automation tools, case-management systems, or other business-critical applications.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving operational users and technical or external stakeholders.
• Translate user needs and operational problems into clear requirements, configurations, or implementation plans.
• Use data and operational metrics to evaluate problems, priorities, and measure improvements.
• Work with external providers on feature requests, service issues, pricing, renewals, or contracts.
• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or similar environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own applications end to end from discovery to implementation and vendor management.
• Improve tooling and workflows by optimizing usage and evaluating alternatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects, managing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Drive operational improvements balancing quality, scalability, cost, and risk.
• Use data to define KPIs, analyze performance, and guide priorities.
• Collaborate with external providers on requests, issues, and renewals.
