Hired is seeking a senior AI/ML engineer to lead the development of Zara, an AI-powered recruitment tool that automates candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement. You will design advanced ML models to improve matching accuracy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable solutions.

You will build backend NLP infrastructure for resume parsing and job description analysis, and integrate Zara with ATS, HR databases, and third-party job platforms via APIs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch).
• Strong NLP background with libraries like spaCy or Hugging Face.
• Experience building and deploying scalable AI systems in production.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Docker.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases for data extraction and integration.
• Understanding ethical AI principles and bias mitigation in recruitment.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Data pipeline development and ETL processes.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and optimize ML models to improve Zara's matching accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain backend infrastructure supporting NLP for resume parsing and job description analysis.
• Integrate Zara with ATS, HR databases, and third-party job platforms via APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to refine training datasets and evaluate model performance.
