Responsabilités

• Shipping production AI tools for recruitment, onboarding, performance, and HR operations.
• Organizing internal AI enablement programs.
• Partnering with Engineering on infrastructure and data pipelines.
• Defining responsible AI usage policies and governance.
• Measuring adoption and impact of AI tooling.
