KDCI Outsourcing is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to design and implement intelligent automation solutions that streamline business processes across the enterprise. You will blend AI capabilities with automation tools to reduce manual work and boost efficiency.

You will architect AI-powered workflows, integrate AI APIs with platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Make, and collaborate with stakeholders to turn process requirements into reliable automation pipelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automation engineering or related field.
• Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier or Make.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM APIs and workflow integration.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python or JavaScript).
• Strong problem-solving and process-oriented thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered automation workflows for business processes
• Integrate AI models and APIs with automation platforms and internal systems
• Identify manual processes suitable for automation and propose solutions
• Test, monitor, and maintain automation pipelines for reliability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand process requirements
• Document workflows and maintain automation infrastructure

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in automation engineering or a related field
• Experience with automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar)
• Familiarity with AI/LLM APIs and their integration into workflows
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript)
• Strong problem-solving skills and process-oriented thinking

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
• Background in business process analysis
• Familiarity with webhook and API integrations
