GetMint, Paris, is seeking a Product Manager (F/M) on-site to own end-to-end product subjects—from customer insight to shipped features—working closely with the CPO and development team to accelerate delivery and bring meaningful improvements to the platform. This strategic, hands-on role blends product thinking, design, and customer obsession.

2–3 years in product, SaaS experience preferred, with strong user research, specs, and cross-functional collaboration, in a fast-paced startup

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years minimum in a product role (PM or equivalent).
• Saas experience preferred; other sectors welcome.
• Strong user research, specification writing, and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with design systems and cloud tools.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort using numbers to drive decisions.

Aufgaben

• Run user research and structure customer feedback to inform product direction.
• Translate insights into clear specifications and user stories.
• Design and iterate on prototypes with the engineering team.
• Support roadmap prioritization across multiple product dimensions.
• Write compelling feature use-cases and product marketing content.
• Co-animate daily delivery meetings for cross-functional alignment.
• Bridge Enterprise and PLG sides of the product.
• Leverage the design system to maintain consistency.
• Use data to measure impact and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with a fast-moving team to release customer value.
