Job summary

GetMint seeks an Account Executive to launch and accelerate the UK market from Paris. You will own the full sales cycle, build the GTM engine from scratch, and partner with the founders on strategy and product feedback. English fluency is essential; French is a plus as you grow in a newly established market.

You will engage major brands and agencies, manage a robust pipeline, and drive high-impact growth decisions in a fast-moving AI-driven environment from our central Paris office.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a quota-carrying SaaS sales role
• Fluent, native-level English (written & spoken) – you’ll pitch, demo and negotiate daily
• French is a plus
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• High ownership and CRM discipline

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close new business - discovery, demos and negotiations in English
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to closing
• Maintain a rigorous, accurate pipeline and forecasting discipline
• Work directly with founders on GTM strategy and product feedback
• Expand strategic accounts over time
