Job summary

Lemrock in Paris is seeking its first Product Manager to shape the product vision with the founders and CTO, owning a core part end-to-end. You’ll start by owning the brand-facing product, and your scope will grow quickly from there.

You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and design to scope, prototype, and ship weekly, while building the product function and a strong feedback loop from the field. The role requires French and English fluency and a hybrid Paris-based setup.

Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years in product, ideally early or first PM in a startup.
• Generalist who can own discovery, scoping with engineers, and launches.
• Bias for action: ship fast, iterate from user feedback.
• Customer obsession in decisions.
• AI-native: prototype with AI tools to accelerate roadmaps.
• Learn fast in a deep, complex environment.
• Fluent French and professional English.
• Based in Paris with up to 1 day remote per week.

Responsibilities

• Shape the vision and strategy with the founders for future bets.
• Own the end-to-end roadmap, prioritizing high-impact work.
• Run discovery with brands and partners to identify problems.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to prototype and ship weekly.
• Lead launches, monitor outcomes, and onboard business teams.
• Build the product function, rituals and field feedback loops.
