Job summary

GetMint is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to lead B2B SaaS expansion across France, US and Europe. You will own ABM and outbound motions, build scalable lead engines, and partner with product and data teams to optimize PLG funnels from trial to paid.

Based in Paris, you will manage paid channels (LinkedIn, Google, YouTube), craft data-driven dashboards, and own CAC with clear targets. Fluency in English is required; experience with HubSpot, PostHog and Lemlist is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in growth or acquisition, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Fluent English required (US and European markets).
• Experience with paid budgets (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and ABM/outbound mechanics.
• Data-driven with strong reporting skills and ability to own CAC.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Enterprise pipeline and expand existing accounts through targeted ABM campaigns.
• Own events and tradeshows end to end: selection, preparation, activation, lead follow-up.
• Define and execute the targeting strategy for outbound efforts.
• Build lead engine: data sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and allocation to sales.
• Automate lead generation using AI/automation, with API workflows.
• Drive PLG funnel optimization from click to signup to paying customer.
• Manage the acquisition budget across channels and regions; produce dashboards.
