Job summary

Lemrock is seeking a first Product Manager to partner with the founders and CTO to shape the product vision and own a core part of the product end-to-end. Start by owning the brand-facing product, with rapid expansion of scope as you prove impact.

You will run discovery with brands, define a living roadmap, and ship weekly with engineering and design. Fluency in French and professional English are required, and Paris-based with up to one remote day per week.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years in product, startup or scale-up experience.
• Generalist who handles discovery, scoping, and launches.
• Bias for action: decide with imperfect data and iterate.
• Customer obsession across product decisions.
• AI-native: experience with AI tooling to prototype.
• Fluent French and professional English.
• Based in Paris with up to 1 day remote per week.
