Dust is seeking an AI Support Engineer to redefine how support is delivered by building AI systems that automate and simplify tasks. You will own the support infrastructure, deploy AI agents, and create automation workflows to reduce manual workload while improving reliability and user experience.

You will work on ticket classification, proactive outreach, and the ongoing iteration of tooling that makes Dust's support a product rather than a cost center.

Qualifications

• Evidence of defining or shaping a support engineering function.
• Ability to read code, analyze logs, troubleshoot distributed systems.
• Experience building custom agents, automations, or workflows using AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Define technical direction for the support stack and set standards.
• Design and maintain AI agents and automation workflows to reduce manual load.
• Identify recurring issues and engineer them out via automation and docs.
• Build tooling to increase capacity without more headcount.
• Own the 'Support as a Product' backlog and shipping criteria.
