Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Growth Lead in France to shape and execute local growth plans for ChatGPT. You will collaborate with the France GM and regional teams to translate user insights into product improvements, funnel optimizations, and performance marketing tests.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Partnerships, and Marketing to drive measurable impact across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization, connecting audience, message, creative, and channel

Qualifications

• 10+ years in growth, product growth, or growth strategy roles.
• Track record of shipping measurable improvements in growth and monetization.
• Strong analytical and funnel optimization capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Set a country growth plan with clear hypotheses, owners, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Use user research, funnel data, and competitive insights to identify local friction and opportunities.
• Run performance marketing tests with regional marketers; evaluate CAC, LTV, payback, and ROI.
• Design and run rigorous experiments across onboarding, activation, retention, and paid conversion with cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate with regional marketing to brief audience, positioning, creative, and channel tests.
• Own the country growth scorecard across key metrics and translate learnings into actions.
• Connect priority use cases to product improvements and journeys from first exposure to repeated value.
• Lead growth cadence with GM and regional teams and align central and local partners on results.
• Build scalable growth platforms, segmentation, lifecycle journeys, and tooling for multiple markets.
