Job summary

Valtech is seeking an Engineering & Delivery Manager to lead AI-first engineering across multiple divisions in Paris. You’ll set technical standards, drive production-grade delivery at scale, and shape the BU’s technology roadmap while collaborating with client partners and executives.

The role combines hands-on delivery with leadership, demanding deep expertise in agile at scale, cross-divisional programs, and bilingual French/English communication.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large-scale engineering and delivery teams across multiple programs
• Experience driving AI or GenAI adoption from POC to production
• Strong ability to manage cross-division delivery against SLAs and KPIs
• Familiarity with modern delivery models: agile at scale, hybrid onshore/nearshore/offshore

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engineering and delivery for the client BU, focusing on AI-augmented engineering
• Define engineering vision, architecture principles, and technical standards across stacks
• Industrialize a standardized delivery model applied across all factories
• Lead cross-divisional communities and reusable assets for engineering excellence
• Represent engineering in BU governance forums and report on KPIs and business value
