Job summary

Dotfile in Paris seeks a highly technical Solutions Consultant to join our growing team. You will work with Sales, Product and Engineering to understand complex compliance challenges and design production-ready solutions using Dotfile’s platform and AI agents.

You will own the technical customer journey from discovery to go-live, delivering tailored demonstrations and guiding integrations while advocating for automation and scalable architectures. Fluency in English and French is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, or a technical customer-facing role in B2B SaaS/fintech/RegTech
• Technically strong with APIs, webhooks, authentication, data flows and modern integration architectures
• Ability to translate complex business processes into clear technical solutions and automation opportunities
• Comfortable discussing architecture with engineers, operations teams, and senior executives
• Excited about AI and experienced using AI tools to automate repetitive tasks
• Thrives in a fast-moving environment with high standards and ownership
• Experience in financial services, compliance or RegTech is a plus
• Fluent in English and French

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process and design solutions addressing customer challenges
• Lead technical discovery to understand compliance workflows, architecture, data sources and integration needs
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and proofs of concept
• Architect end-to-end solutions using Dotfile platform, APIs, integrations and AI capabilities
• Own the technical success of customer implementations from design to go-live
• Help customers identify automation opportunities and deploy AI capabilities into workflows
• Partner with Product and Engineering to incorporate customer insights into product decisions
• Use AI extensively to automate tasks, accelerate solution design and improve team operations
