Dotfile, a leading AI-native Compliance platform, is hiring an Account Executive to drive growth in the EMEA region and beyond. Based in Paris or London, you will own outbound strategies, engage C-level stakeholders, and close complex deals with financial institutions, crypto companies, and fintechs.

Join a fast-growing team spearheading a go-to-market strategy, collaborating with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Operations to deliver value and expand Dotfile’s footprint globally.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in Fintech/Regtech or fast-growing tech selling to financial institutions.
• Experience operating according to a proven sales playbook (Meddpicc, Command of the Message...).
• Experience in Mid-market and Enterprise SaaS sales with a track record of exceeding quotas.
• Experience closing deals in several markets in EMEA and abroad; native-level English.

Responsabilités

• Identify, engage, nurture and close deals with new high-profile clients.
• Deliver outbound pipeline generation strategies into your territory.
• Tailor demos with Solutions Engineering to show how we solve customers business pains.
• Collaborate with BDRs and Marketing on outbound and inbound leads.
• Contribute to the ongoing optimization of our Sales playbook and processes.
• Liaise with Customer Operations to ensure smooth integration and rollout.
