Job summary

A2MAC1 is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Manager for EMEA and AMERICAS to drive operational excellence across the revenue cycle. You will standardize processes, automate workflows, and provide AI-enabled insights to empower regional teams to scale performance.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or a related field.
Experience in fast-growing SaaS environments and with automation or AI analytics is a strong plus.
Strong governance, process automation, and data reporting capabilities.
Ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and IT.
Professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Improve team efficiency by scaling processes and automating recurring workflows.
Maintain and ensure proper implementation of Global Revenue Operations policies across EMEA & AMERICAS.
Support local Sales Leaders in setting annual sales targets and ensure transparent commission outputs.
Own the annual budget process for EMEA and AMERICAS with growth plans at customer and product levels.
Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure scalable Revenue Operations processes.
