• 5+ years in customer success or similar SaaS role.
• Experience implementing and configuring software solutions.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms.
• Ability to lead governance initiatives and perform platform audits.
• Experience engaging in strategic technical conversations with senior stakeholders.
