Harvest Groupe seeks an AI & Data Lead to own end-to-end AI integration across products and operations, oversee model and dashboard ecosystems, and drive productivity gains. You will shape strategy, co-create roadmaps with Product Managers, and mentor a multidisciplinary team including AI Engineers, Data Analysts, and Data Engineers.

You will lead discovery with customers and designers, write PRDs and acceptance criteria, and establish governance, metrics, and ROI for AI features.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product, data, or ML engineering roles.
• Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into model architectures and product experiences that ship.

Responsabilités

• AI Product Strategy & Roadmapping: craft a clear AI vision aligned with objectives and customer pain points.
• Discovery & Delivery Leadership: run discovery with customers, PMs and designers; write PRDs and acceptance criteria.
• AI Operations & Enablement: drive AI literacy, mentor non-tech teams, and champion responsible-AI guidelines.
• Data & Analytics: maintain dashboards, ensure data quality and respond to ad-hoc analyses.
