Accor Tech & Digital is seeking a senior professional to bridge business objectives and AI/data product delivery. You will own the product vision, roadmaps and prioritization, while leading cross-functional squads to ship measurable AI solutions that enhance hospitality experiences and hotel operations.

You will collaborate with sponsors at C-level, drive adoption, and ensure governance, security, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management, Consulting or AI delivery.
• At least one AI/Data Product shipped end-to-end in production.
• Hospitality, travel or retail experience is a plus.
• Master’s degree in Engineering/Data Science/CS or Business School with a strong Tech/Data grounding.

Responsabilités

• Capture business needs, frame AI use cases, align on KPIs with stakeholders (Commercial, Marketing, Distribution, Operations, Brand).
• Own product vision, roadmap and backlog; prioritize features balancing business value, feasibility and risk.
• Lead an internal/external squad of Data Scientists, AI/GenAI Engineers & ML Ops Engineers; drive sprints and production readiness.
• Drive change management and end-user adoption; measure ROI and business impact; report to sponsors.
• Steer external partners, manage budget, contracts and SLAs; ensure GDPR and Responsible AI guardrails.
