Cloud Temple is seeking a Lead Data, AI & Performance to drive data governance, AI enablement, and performance forecasting across the company. You will report to the Managing Director and work with the Executive Committee to shape strategic decisions.

You will design, test and prototype AI models and tools, while ensuring decisions are informed by robust data and reliable indicators. Fluency in English is essential for cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Grande École or engineering school with at least 3 years of data/AI experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; translate issues into practical AI solutions.
• Fluent in English; French preferred.

Responsabilités

• Put the company under data & AI control with real-time indicators.
• Harness AI to improve decision accuracy, speed and robustness.
• Develop forecasts, weak-signal detection and scenario planning.
• Identify and prototype AI use cases with measurable impact on margin, delivery, cash flow, sales.
• Automate analyses and reduce delays and bias in decisions.
• Challenge directors and the Executive Committee with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director on strategic structuring decisions.
