PALO IT Labs in Paris seeks an AI Native Project Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery, from pre-sales engagement to handover. You will drive AI-augmented innovation, maintain KPIs, and partner with account management to ensure sustainable project success.

You are a seasoned leader with 8+ years in agile software delivery, capable of guiding senior clients and cross-functional teams, while promoting Gen-e²™ practices and product management alignment.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience driving software delivery in agile contexts.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, anticipate needs, and manage client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end project delivery from pre-sales to final handover.
• Lead ceremonies and coaching of delivery teams to improve Gen-e²™ practices.
• Provide trusted advisory support on product management and backlogs optimization.
