Harvest, a France-based AI-driven SaaS company, seeks a Chief AI Officer to own end-to-end AI integration across products and operations. You will define and execute the company-wide AI strategy, co-build roadmaps with Product Managers, and lead AI-powered initiatives to lift productivity and quality.

You will oversee a multidisciplinary team (AI Engineer, Data Analyst, Data Engineer), mentor non-tech colleagues, and ensure responsible-AI guidelines while communicating roadmap progress to

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product, data, or ML engineering roles with AI/ML product leadership.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into model architectures and product experiences.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and communicating with executives.

Responsabilités

• AI Product Strategy & Roadmapping: craft AI vision and quarterly roadmaps.
• Discovery & Delivery Leadership: run discovery with customers, PMs and designers.
• AI Operations & Enablement: drive AI literacy and responsible-AI guidelines.
• Data & Analytics: maintain dashboards, support business data requests, standardise metrics.
• Team Management & Talent Development: lead three direct reports and coach growth.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: present KPIs to executives and boards.
