Mars in France is seeking an AI & Automation Lead to drive internal automation initiatives and customer-facing use cases within the EOS program. You will partner with Project Managers, PMO, and product owners to scale test and process automation across Salesforce and AI tooling.

You will design automation strategies, build reusable assets, track value with metrics, and champion responsible AI guardrails while delivering measurable improvements for productivity and customer value.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in test automation, process/RPA automation or a related quality/engineering role, ideally within a Salesforce or broader SaaS delivery environment.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tooling, plus basic scripting skills (e.g. Python, JavaScript).
• Working knowledge of generative AI and agentic tools (e.g. Copilot-type assistants, Claude, Agentforce, OpenAI-style APIs).
• Familiarity with low-code automation/RPA platforms is a plus.
• A process-mapping mindset: break down a manual task, spot the automatable steps, and judge the effort/value trade-off without over-engineering the solution.
• Comfortable working in an Agile delivery environment, with the discipline to document, test and hand over automations so they remain maintainable by others.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical automations simply, build trust with non-technical stakeholders, and turn quick wins into visible team-wide adoption.
• A pragmatic, curious, improvement-driven mindset — energized by experimenting, measuring impact and scaling what works.

Responsabilités

• Support the development of business cases to enhance customer experience and value tracking.
• Identify automation opportunities across testing, release management, reporting, and manual tasks, and build business cases for the most promising ones.
• Design, build and maintain automated test suites to increase regression coverage.
• Automate repetitive internal processes via scripting or low-code platforms.
• Pilot and operationalize generative AI and agentic tools to accelerate internal tasks within guardrails.
• Package successful automations as reusable assets for cross-stream replication.
• Define and track success metrics for automations and report progress.
• Act as automation champion and share learnings through trainings and demos.
